Vinnie Youth are full members of the Society of St Vincent de Paul in New Zealand.
They form Youth Conferences in schools, colleges, parishes and communities (etc) and are supported, primarily, by their
district Youth Coordinator, (Philippa in the Nelson Area Council) as well as by the St. Vincent de Paul Area Council and
Parish Vincentian Conferences.

Any young person between the age of 11 and 30ish can be a Vinnie.
